Visit us at .The Opportunity:Role Definition:· The central functions of this role consist of maintaining a clean, organized, and safe computer lab atmosphere for stakeholders.· This individual works closely with UST operations manager, and lab manager to fulfill daily requests- enabling the lab ecosystem for maximum throughput.Responsibilities:

Support for Infra & New Program enablement plan for our stakeholder at different lab locations in Bengaluru.
Lab Walkthrough - Safety audits if any blockage reported to concern Lab Champion to address.
6S execution and observing the clear space in Aisle side & pathway.
Creating awareness about lab protocols for user.
New Program enablement plan w.r.t Power, Network & Space. Lab construction coordination
Lab Retrofit - New Changes and Implementation inside the lab Infra to increase the productivity.
Publishing monthly LAB utilization report.
Space and storage allocation for New Users and Teams. Monthly Storage cupboard/locker audit.
Monitoring monthly Power Utilization Data.
Responsible for Planning and ordering for lab Support equipment's BTI and Capital's
Lab consumables planning and procurement.
Interaction with the EHS team for benchmarks.
Co-ordinating with Electrical team and BMS team.
Working with Network team for Creating subnet ownership, standard networks and HRZ. Vulnerability check & Monthly Reboot of systems, firewall request.
Lab Management - One voice to the sub teams, Lab retrofits – working with vendors.
Audits – HVIP and Bonded.
Chemical handling and disposing process.
New PPE’s to be introduced for the Lab wrt EHS Team approval.
Logistics Updates, Scrapping, Inventory & Shipment process
Calibration of Sound meters, Server lift and other equipment.
Follow up for the AR assigned by Lab manager and Order placed for Lab Support and test equipment for Lab team.
Experience in vendors communications to get new products.
