Your mission is to ensure our products remain market-leading, safe, and cost-efficient while leading the global R&D organization and acting as a key member of the Global Products R&D Management Team.Your Mission

Product Ownership: Ensure strong governance aligned with SRD strategy.
Compliance: Secure full product compliance and meet all regulatory requirements.
Competitiveness: Drive product reliability, quality, and cost-efficiency.
Global Synergy: Strengthen collaboration, leverage our global footprint, and optimize resources.
Leadership: Build robust OBK competence, succession plans, and future leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Hold technical ownership of complete products
Lead and develop the OBK Product Line R&D organization
Execute portfolio delivery, CPI, and functional development
Maintain CPI project plans and balanced resources
Handle field quality, product safety, and Machine Order (MO) support
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
Act as primary R&D interface for OBK product topics

Experience: Senior leadership experience within global R&D organizations and driving change.
Mindset: A strong “can-do” and "Better Together" approach, valuing diverse teams and a learning culture.
Approach: A continuous drive to improve ways of working through a systematic and structured approach.
Education: An Engineering degree is required.
Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
