- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with company goals in the ACP manufacturing and marketing sectors.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and industry contacts to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and potential.
- Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions affecting the manufacturing and marketing sectors of ACPs.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an attractive employer in the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Proven track record of sourcing technical and specialized roles.
- Experience working with Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) manufacturing and marketing
