- Plan, prioritize, and manage project workloads across multiple clients, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.

- Foster seamless collaboration with Engineering Services VP, Tech Managers, Reporting Team Leads, and Finance/Sales/CSM to align client priorities with business objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team through continuous learning and professional growth opportunities.
- Foster collaboration and open communication through regular team engagements, ensuring alignment and operational efficiency
- Set clear goals, performance expectations, and accountability measures to drive continuous improvement.
- Lead recruitment and talent development strategies to align with company growth and ensure the right expertise within the team.
- Implement structured feedback processes, including performance reviews and goal setting, to enhance employee experience and productivity.
- Address performance challenges through coaching and corrective actions to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Ensure successful delivery of all contracted projects in alignment with forecasted revenue targets.
- Oversee resource allocation and optimize team efficiency to maximize billable hours and project profitability.
- Prepare and publish a monthly project report to the Engineering Services VP, highlighting key milestones, status updates, accomplishments, risks, and issues.
- Ensure the accuracy of the project resource demand plan in alignment with revenue targets and business objectives.

- 8+ years of experience in aviation technical records and asset management, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Expertise in aircraft asset lifecycle management, covering lease agreements, redelivery processes, audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.
- Strong experience in customer interactions, negotiations, and stakeholder management.
- Expertise in aircraft technical records, maintenance programs, airworthiness compliance, and transitions.
- Good knowledge of M&E systems like AMOS, Trax, Maintenix, and OASES.
- Experience with flydocs or similar digital records management systems preferred.
- Strong knowledge of EASA, FAA, and ICAO regulations for lease transitions and audits.
- Skilled in aircraft data migration, audits, and end-of-lease documentation management.
- Strong leadership in mentoring and developing high-performing technical records teams.
- Expertise in performance management, KPI setting, and workforce planning.
- Experienced in change management, process optimization, and system enhancements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex negotiations and technical disputes.
- Proven experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Customer-centric approach with the ability to foster relationships with global clients, regulatory bodies, and industry stakeholders.
