We are looking to hire a Senior Associate with proven expertise in Banking & Finance to join the Delhi office of a leading top-tier law firm. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with prominent financial institutions, NBFCs, and corporate borrowers across a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions.Key Responsibilities:Drafting and negotiating complex financing and security documents including loan agreements, debenture trust deeds, security trustee agreements, and inter-creditor arrangements.Advising clients on structured finance, ECBs, project finance, syndicated lending, and refinancing deals.Leading end-to-end execution of transactions, including due diligence, documentation, and regulatory compliance.Advising on RBI and sector-specific regulations affecting credit and lending.Managing client expectations and building trusted advisor relationships.Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers within the team.Candidate Profile:4-6 years of post-qualification experience in Banking & Finance law at a recognized law firm.Strong transactional and regulatory knowledge in financial services.Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to handle matters independently and manage timelines under pressure.Professional, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.Educational Qualifications:LL.B. from a reputed law school in India; LL.M. is a plus but not essential.
