Responsible for day to day Collection Activity on global trade finance customers
Collection activity centered mainly around 0-30 days portfolio of the regional market
Continuously Monitor incoming payments and request remittances accordingly
Ensure timely and accurate cash allocation
Query management for deductions on payments
Escalation in case of delayed payments // unsolved deductions
Responsible for maintaining a clean portfolio by ensuring regular and timely follow ups with the sales teams and customers for upcoming repayments
Provide operational support to transaction management

RequirementsThese are your skills and attitude that you bring:

Previous experience in finance, payments or cash management
BA Finance or Commerce
Understanding and previous experience in global trade finance is advantageous
Work closely with the team members and team leaders to provide constructive real-time/ scheduled feedback
Great communication skills (English)
Willing to improve existing processes
MS Office // Google sheets experience
Excellent Client and Stakeholder Management
