Collaborating with cross-functional teams in VOIS, Group, and Local Markets, including Customer Operations, Finance, Commercial, and IT, they develop and implement data analysis strategies to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.Must have professional qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of CTC
  • 7+ years' experience of data and insights
  • Proven expertise in extracting insights from large and complex data sets using advanced analytical methods and tools.
  • Experience in telecommunications industry
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
  • Proficiency in extracting insights from large and complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning and other data mining tools to leverage these technologies for data analysis.
  • Excellent working knowledge of reporting methodologies and techniques- knowledge on SAC will be an advantage.
  • Ability to structure and deliver in complex and volatile environments.
  • Ability to create clear and compelling visualisations to communicate data-driven insights.
  • Knowledge of Finance operation and E2E operating processes
