Client Onboarding: Handle Facebook and Shopify account setup, including pixel connection and asset allocation to Performance Marketers and Media Buyers.
Daily Client Communication: Conduct daily calls with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
Internal Coordination: Communicate client updates and requirements to Project Managers and Performance Marketers.
Training: Provide Basecamp training to clients for smooth collaboration.
Project Monitoring: Ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables by coordinating with internal teams.
Reporting: Prepare and share regular reports with clients on campaign performance and project updates.

Were Looking For:

12 years of experience in client coordination, account management, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of Facebook Ads, Shopify, and pixel setup.
Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
