Execute recovery strategies in the assigned area to meet monthly targets.Visit delinquent customers in the field and negotiate repayment or settlement.Coordinate and monitor agency performance; provide on-ground support.Ensure all field recovery activities follow company policy and regulatory norms.Regularly update the RCM on recovery progress, challenges, and key cases.
