As part of our talent acquisition and management processes, we may use AI technologies to support activities such as resume screening, candidate communication, and talent analytics.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly technical, senior-level Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to own and evolve our marketing automation and data ecosystem. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who combines deep platform expertise, systems thinking, and strategic insight.You will be responsible for architecting, administering, and optimizing our core marketing technology stack—primarily Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), Salesforce, Knak, Ringlead, 6sense, Qualified, UTM tools, and Revsure (or similar AI-driven platform for campaign optimization, budget allocation, performance reporting, etc) —ensuring seamless data flow, strong governance, and scalable automation across the revenue funnel.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, engineering-oriented environment, takes full ownership of systems, and partners cross-functionally to drive meaningful business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Automation & Platform OwnershipAdminister and optimize Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) as the core marketing automation platformManage database health and capacity, including prospect and account field maintenanceBuild and maintain segmentation frameworks and dynamic lists to support targeted campaignsDesign, implement, and optimize Engagement Studio programs for lead nurturing and automated data handlingOversee data synchronization between Pardot and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistencyManage data ingestion from external sources including forms, form handlers, and third-party integrationsSystems Integration & Data EngineeringOwn and maintain integrations across the martech ecosystem, including:Salesforce, 6sense, Website, GoldcastForm handler-based integrations (e.g., LinkedIn, BrightTALK, NetLine, Qualified)Support Goldcast administration for event data integration and flow into marketing systemsOversee API integrations and ensure reliable, scalable data movement across systemsAdminister and govern UTM tracking frameworks, naming conventions, and taxonomyLead Management & Data OperationsArchitect and optimize lead management journeys across Pardot, Salesforce, Ringlead, and QualifiedManage lead enrichment, deduplication, and routing processes using tools such as RingleadDesign and maintain lead scoring models and grading frameworksGovern campaign and lead data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usabilityMaintain strong standards for data quality, normalization, and lifecycle managementCampaign Enablement & Execution SupportPartner with marketing teams on multi-channel campaign planning and executionEnsure seamless execution of campaigns through proper segmentation, automation, and trackingSupport email marketing programs with a strong understanding of performance metrics and best practicesManage marketing assets and templates via tools such as KnakAnalytics, Reporting & Revenue InsightsLeverage Salesforce reporting and Revsure to support pipeline visibility and revenue insightsEnsure campaigns are properly tracked and connected to downstream reportingProvide actionable insights on campaign performance, funnel efficiency, and data trendsMaintain a strong understanding of how marketing activities translate into revenue outcomesGovernance, Compliance & CollaborationEstablish and enforce campaign tracking standards, naming conventions, and data governance policiesSupport privacy, consent management, and compliance requirements across marketing systemsCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to build efficient processes and data flowsOperate effectively within collaboration tools such as Monday.comQualificationsRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or related technical roles3+ years of hands-on Pardot (MCAE) administration experienceStrong expertise in:Salesforce CRM (data model, reporting, integrations)Marketing automation architecture and lifecycle managementSystem integrations, APIs, and data flows across platformsProven experience designing and managing lead management frameworks, scoring models, and routing logicExperience with tools such as Ringlead, 6sense, Qualified, Knak, and UTM management platformsStrong understanding of multi-channel campaign execution and marketing data flowsExperience working with intent data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase)Solid grasp of email marketing best practices and performance metricsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insightsAbility to operate independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives end-to-endPreferred QualificationsExperience with Revsure or similar revenue intelligence platformsFamiliarity with tools like Outreach or similar sales engagement platformsWorking knowledge of website tracking, behavioral data, and conversion flowsExperience in global B2B SaaS organizationsExposure to privacy regulations and consent management frameworksAdditional InformationLife at AssentWellness: We believe that you and your family’s well being is important.
