We are currently looking for a Portfolio Analyst in India.In this role, you will play a key part in shaping financial wellness by combining advanced analytics, risk management, and strategic insight. As a member of the Portfolio and Credit Risk teams, you will monitor and optimize portfolio performance, design data-driven frameworks, and guide business decisions through actionable insights. Design, test, and execute credit policies, pricing strategies, and portfolio management frameworks that drive profitability while maintaining compliance and minimizing risk.
Monitor key risk indicators (KPIs), underwriting operations, and portfolio performance to enable proactive, data-backed decision-making.
Partner with data teams to enhance business intelligence tools, improve data sets, and strengthen predictive risk models.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on portfolio behavior, identifying optimization opportunities and investigating emerging risks.
Support the development and implementation of data collection methods, segmentation techniques, and performance dashboards.
Provide stakeholders with actionable insights that influence credit frameworks, process improvements, and strategic decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking, credit risk, or portfolio management.
Strong financial analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation skills.
Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, and Google Sheets (or similar platforms).
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while delivering accurate and timely insights.
