- Design, test, and execute credit policies, pricing strategies, and portfolio management frameworks that drive profitability while maintaining compliance and minimizing risk.
- Monitor key risk indicators (KPIs), underwriting operations, and portfolio performance to enable proactive, data-backed decision-making.
- Partner with data teams to enhance business intelligence tools, improve data sets, and strengthen predictive risk models.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on portfolio behavior, identifying optimization opportunities and investigating emerging risks.
- Support the development and implementation of data collection methods, segmentation techniques, and performance dashboards.
- Provide stakeholders with actionable insights that influence credit frameworks, process improvements, and strategic decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking, credit risk, or portfolio management.
- Strong financial analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, and Google Sheets (or similar platforms).
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
