The role is within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) area, which provides secure identity and access management solutions for today's Zero Trust environments in workforce identity. This philosophy of Zero Trust drives us to create new advances in risk-based multi-factor authentication, leads us to secure user identities in converged access environments.Primary responsibilities include growing new revenue, maximizing IAM's footprint within the HID install base, and strengthening product selection policies through strategic planning and relationship building with HID prospects within the Asia, Middle East region. The Business Development Executive must effectively identify new project opportunities across multiple levels within prospects, customers, and channel partner organizations, including senior management and all subsequent departments essential to advancing HID Global's market position. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for selling enterprise software solutions to Global 2000 companies.   • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute a strong strategy for a comprehensive regional business plan.
  • Analyze and identitfy market trends to enable a continually growing robust sales pipeline.
  • Successfully manage all aspects of sales process as well as building/presenting reports to sales management
  • Team with and manage territory HID channel partners.
  • Work closely with pre-sales & post sales teams to provide reccomendations for improvement.through informed and analyzed data.
  • Maintain an updated and accurate forecast in CRM (Salesforce.com)
Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 3-5 Years exceeding sales quota as a Business Development Executive selling software for a vendor in the Identity Access & Management, Cybersecurity, Physical Security, or Enterprise Software space.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent plus relevant work experience
  • Possess a track record of developing a greenfield territory, adding new logos in an Enterprise Software role as well as analyzing and adapting to regional market trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills specific to field sales presentations and software demonstrations
  • Self-motivated with superb organizational skills, including reporting/pipeline management/product inputs through informed data inputs from customers and prospects.
  • Extensive network of customers and advocates in market.
Education and/or Experience:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent education plus relevant industry work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Enterprise Software/Identity Access Management/Physical Security Industry.
Computer Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Proficient with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
  • Proficient with CRM software such as Salesforce.com
Customer ExpectationsHighlight knowledge, skills, abilities and traits necessary in this role to satisfy our customer's expectations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills specific to field sales presentations and software demonstrations.
  • Extensive network of customers and advocates in market
  • Successful development and execution of territory planning in order to build required pipeline to achieve quota.
  • Background working in both a direct and indirect sales model.
  • Experience working with and enabling channel partners.
