Job Title Technical Project managerLocation RemoteGCP Certification requiredThe AI Accelerator, driving our current initiative, identifies and develops impactful AI tools to transform Google Cloud Consulting (GCC) operations.We seek a highly technical and collaborative Project Manager to support the Accelerator Manager in overseeing AI Accelerator initiatives, starting with the Virtual Project Coordinator (VPC) solution.This role bridges technical teams and end-users, ensuring the VPC solution meets GCC's needs and delivers tangible value.Please see below the scope of work the TPM will perform:Technical Project Management:a. Manage the overall project plan and timeline for the VPC initiative, ensuring alignment with GCC's goals and prioritiesb. Coordinate with GCC teams and stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and end-users, to ensure clear communication and collaborationc. Manage sprint plans for development in collaboration with GCC technical teams, helping to accelerate development by ensuring approvals and decisions are made in a speedy mannerRequirements Gathering and Solution Design:a. Elicit and document detailed requirements for the VPC solution, working closely with CPMs and other stakeholders to understand their needs and pain pointsb. Collaborate with technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications, ensuring feasibility and alignment with GCC's technology stackc. Build targeted, best-practice assets (e.g., a library of project plans, presentations, emails) for Agentspace to use as a reference, ensuring high quality and relevance to GCC's workTesting and User Feedback:a. Develop and execute user testing plans with CPMs to gather feedback and iterate on the VPC solutionb. Analyze user feedback and collaborate with technical teams to implement improvements and address issuesAdoption and Continuous Improvement:a. Develop a plan for adoption and continuous improvement of the VPC solution, including metrics, monitoring, and evaluationb. Track and report on the impact of the VPC solution, demonstrating tangible benefits to GCCWhat we are looking for:5+ years of proven experience in technical project management within a software development environment. working time will be CST time ZoneStrong expertise in Agile methodologies and best practices.Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.Experience in requirements gathering, user testing, and feedback analysis.Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies (a plus).Fluent in spoken and written English.Ability to start as soon as possible.
