Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead client acquisition and growth initiatives in the UK IT staffing and recruitment market. The ideal candidate should have experience working with IT companies or in IT recruitment, and should understand the nuances of UK-based hiring models and client management.Key Responsibilities:New Client Acquisition:- Identify, connect, and onboard new clients across the UK IT sector.- Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, - and networking.- Understand client requirements in IT and provide effective staffing solutions.Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Revenue Generation:- Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and performance targets.- Drive upselling and cross-selling of recruitment services across accounts.Market Research:- Stay informed about UK IT market trends, hiring practices, and competitor activities.- Share market insights with internal stakeholders to refine offerings and strategy.Team Collaboration:- Partner with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.- Work closely with marketing to support lead generation campaigns and brand building.Key Requirements:- Experience in UK staffing/recruitment, especially in the IT sector.- Prior experience working with IT companies or IT clients is highly desirable.- Strong communication, negotiation, and client handling skills.- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Comfortable working in UK shift hours.Preferred Skills:- Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminologies.- Familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms and recruitment tools.- Experience in contract, permanent, and RPO staffing models for UK clients.
