Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across the team.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
Participate in system architecture and design discussions.
Ensure software security and compliance standards are met.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutionsabout youBachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
7+ years of hands-on experience in development of software (Preferred Networking Domain)
Proven experience as a Senior Developer or similar role with strong expertise in Go, PHP / Java.
Solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure etc.).
Demonstrated ability to design and develop scalable, high-performance applications.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of security best practices.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) will be an added advantage
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines will be an added advantageadditional information
