Ensuring Mandatory NISM and IRDA Certifications to all Wealth Managers. Compliance to rules and regulations of bank.Secondary Responsibilities :'Ensuring and monitoring the work assigned to Associate SRM, Service RM's performed with due Diligence. Monitoring the validity of the wealth managers NISM, IRDA certifications on monthly basis. Checking the transaction registers, transaction Filings, Risk Profiling of clients on Weekly basis. Efficient MIS maintainance and also providing necessary Data to Wealth managers and Team Leaders. Co-ordination with the Central team on various quiries and resolving them.Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:'Should Ensure the service/operations Team will deliver Efficient seervices to clients and the necessary sales support to Wealth managersKey Success Metrics:Efficient MIS Preparation.
