Senior Credit Analyst - High Yield & Leveraged Finance - 4+ Years - MumbaiWe are seeking a professional with strong experience in credit analysis and financial modelling to support High Yield portfolios. The role involves evaluating credit risk, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with global teams and clients.Location: Mumbai (Hybrid)Your Future Employer: A leading global financial services organization with strong expertise in credit risk, leveraged finance, and portfolio monitoring, offering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Responsibilities: * Support credit risk monitoring for High Yield & Leveraged Finance portfolios with onshore teams
  • Manage assigned sectors/companies and prepare detailed credit reports & financial models
  • Conduct in-depth credit analysis, assessing business & financial risk profiles
  • Build and update financial models including projections, capital structure & key credit metrics
  • Recommend internal ratings and present in committees with strong justification
  • Engage with clients regularly and contribute ideas to enhance engagement
  • Mentor junior team members and support training initiatives
Requirements: * 3.6-7 years of experience in credit risk, credit research, or portfolio monitoring
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and credit analysis
  • Experience in Second Line of Defence (2LoD) / review & challenge roles
  • Understanding of leveraged lending guidelines and SNC frameworks
  • MBA / CA / Master's degree preferred; CFA is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage workload
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
