Develop and implement BIM execution plans tailored to civil infrastructure projects.
Lead BIM coordination meetings and ensure alignment across disciplines.
Establish and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and quality control procedures.

Modeling & Technical Oversight:

Create, manage, and maintain accurate Civil 3D models including surfaces, alignments, corridors, grading, and pipe networks.
Perform clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools and resolve conflicts proactively.
Integrate Civil 3D models with other platforms (e.g., Revit, InfraWorks, BIM 360) for comprehensive project visualization.

Coordination & Collaboration:

Facilitate communication between design consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure timely exchange and integration of models and data across disciplines.
Support project managers with BIM-related deliverables and reporting.

Training & Support:

Mentor junior BIM technicians and engineers on Civil 3D and BIM best practices.
Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and workflows.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in BIM coordination, with at least 10 years using Civil 3D.
Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 / ProjectWise.
Strong understanding of civil infrastructure design, including roads, utilities, and grading.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience with federated model management and clash resolution.

Preferred Certifications:

Autodesk Certified Professional – Civil 3D.
BSI ISO 19650.
