Job Description Job title: Provide transactional and administrative services related to in scope processes (e.g. personnel & payroll data, benefits administration, talent administration) including mass transaction updates. Functions as expert regarding all aspects of data and payroll processing. Your role: Manage process related best practice identification and implementation. Provide functional lead and support to regional counterparts for process specific activities, ensuring global-local alignment. Translate the strategy in respective area of expertise into processes and ways of working. Manage internal and/or external vendors. (e.g., IT, ADP GV, Workday, CSoD) Provides support/guidance in resolution of problems, reviews change requests, implementation of changes, ensures proper performance of used systems and interfaces. Responsible for setting-up, managing and applying continuous improvements in the dedicated domain. Provide high quality service delivery to all business areas.
