This is an Individual Contributor Role
Architecture Design of Security Solutions:
Ability to demonstrate design thinking and create solution architectures. Own the design and solution architecture for one to multiple systems.
Provide technical advice and weigh in on technical decisions that impact other teams or the company

Delivery of Security solutions
Regularly delivers security software solutions on time. Ability to own and design all components of a complete solution
Set direction at the project/service level and consistently influence decision making. Ability to own and design all components of a complete solution
Set direction at the project/service level and consistently influence decision-making.

Stakeholder Management / Collaboration
Establish information security requirements/guidance and communicate with stakeholders to meet business needs
Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders as well as communicate business objectives to the technical team and get buy-in
Provide technical sources of security expertise to a variety of audiences.

Security Tools understanding
Analyze technical security controls and design of computing environments to identify points of vulnerability, non-compliance with established controls and policies, regulations and recommend mitigation strategies
Develop knowledge of security controls across all security functions and use expertise of security controls in one function and assess, recommend, and

implement improvements.
QualificationsTechnical Qualifications

10-12 Years of experience in implementing security solutions starting from scratch to maturing the solution
Cloud experienced preferred
Planning, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills required
Solid presentation skills required
Excellent time management skills preferred
Must have the desire and ability to learn new technology and continuously grow
Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners
May be required to provide on-call support
