- Demonstrate strong AA industry knowledge, understanding customer needs while managing time-critical shipments
- Maintain excellent knowledge of international & domestic airline routings, airports, and time zones
- Ensure customer onboarding is completed in line with internal compliance processes
- Deliver high standards of customer service, ensuring consistent service quality across all shipments
- Execute end-to-end shipment management, including routing, service classification, and deadline adherence
- Operate in a 24/7/365 environment with flexibility to support urgent operational requirements
- Provide proactive customer communication, including shipment updates, delays, PODs, additional charges, and issue resolution
- Ensure strict adherence to customer SOPs, maintaining accuracy and operational compliance.
- 0–3 years of experience in Airfreight / Freight Forwarding (open to fresh graduates)
- Act as a customer-facing point of contact, ensuring seamless coordination and service delivery
- Basic understanding of air export/import operations is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual ability is an added advantage
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (24/7 operations)
