Job descriptionPositionSenior Manager– Finance& AccountsOverall Role PurposeResponsibilities include Business Partnering with the Resort Operations team at Corporate, Regions and Resorts and includes heading the controlling, accounting, receivables, payables,and MIS consolidation function for the resorts. Financial Performance of the resorts as budgeted would be the key deliverable in the role and would include Capex Planning and Execution, and expansion of resort and room capacities. Role includes overall liaison building with the owners of leased properties and owners of managed contract properties with periodic reconciliations and settlements. Works closely with the Resorts’ operations team and corporate finance team.Reports toVP - FinanceJob requirements
