- Responsible for the effective management of the information that is received and generated by IDP.
- Reviewing organizational structure to determine best location for records management services.
- Developing policies and procedures for managing records effectively
- Designing and implementing solutions for e2e records management (creation, retention and archival)
- Designing and implementing overarching readiness & impact assessment (RCSA) process
- Drive good practice w.r.t data capture within the IDP to ensure that data accurately reflects activity.
- Automate production of outputs once they are stable – moving focus to new opportunities.
- Ownership of goals - ability to focus on the goal of a piece of work and find a way to make it possible.
- Data analysis: Ability to interpret large amounts of data and find the most important information. Hands on Excel, power pivot and SQL (basic)
- Technology: Hands on experience with book of records / Line of Business systems to manage records across IDP
- Organization: Ability to keep track of and maintain records in an efficient manner.
- Business acumen: Ability to understand the business and data domains of IDP.
- Regulatory/compliance: Hands experience w.r.t data privacy and protection legislatives / rules
- Decision Making - Ability to make decisions using data insights (Leading and Lagging indicators)
- Good stakeholder management w.r.t both Internal (Head of Program Delivery, Heads of Student Placement, Head of Engineering & Product owners) and prior experience working with C-suite.
- Self-starter – able to make sense of and clarify complex situations.
- Strong communication skills – ability to question, probe and demonstrate understanding a problem, and to propose/check a possible solution to that problem.
- Experience with AWS RMS
