- Lead the Industrial Lubricants business (MWF, RP, GIL, IGO) with complete P&L ownership.
- Manage a diverse team of 100-200 direct and indirect reportees across India.
- Drive technical sales strategy, customer acquisition, and key account expansion.
- Collaborate with OEMs, distributors, and industrial partners to accelerate growth.
- Ensure robust forecasting, pricing, and operational excellence while travelling 40-50% pan‑India.
- 8-12 years of B2B technical sales experience in Lubricants (preferred) or Adhesives, with up to ~15 years acceptable.
- Engineering degree required (Mechanical / Chemical / Materials / Metallurgy / Instrumentation & Control) + MBA preferred.
- Proven experience leading large field teams and delivering P&L outcomes.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and customer‑centric leadership skills.
- A high-impact Pan India leadership role based in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai.
