As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and configuring software applications that align with specific business processes and requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional and efficient applications. The developer collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions are well-integrated and support the overall objectives of the business, while continuously refining and enhancing the applications to adapt to evolving demands.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application designs and updates to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with application servers and web technologies related to enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with database integration and query optimization techniques.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
