What You Will Do As the Head of Volvo Penta India, you will lead and coordinate overall business performance for Market India. Working with a dedicated team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the business strategy necessary to accelerate our current and future standing. You will also play a crucial role in driving our global industrial business, where effective management of numerous customers, OEMs, and operators necessitates close collaboration with colleagues worldwide. Additionally you will lead the team in cultivating a transformative mindset and competencies for the future. The role will report to President Industrial Business Unit. Your Role and Responsibility includes - Develop and drive business strategy for Volvo Penta India, which is globally aligned yet locally adaptable. Translate Industrial business strategy and objectives into business plans, initiatives, and activities. Drive a growth-oriented approach to develop and run a profitable Industrial engine business with Genset and Versatile OEM Responsible for P&L for Volvo Pent India market unit To possess an updated Market knowledge and Intelligence in terms of Industrial engine business development Having strong network and connect with the stake holders in the Industrial engine business environment Drive transformational new technology initiatives in line with Industrial business strategy Drive improvement initiatives and facilitate change for organizational development Able to handle the team and grow team spirit and a positive working culture Develop growth mindset to create a high performing team Drive and ensure customer success by creating good service market initiatives for the Industrial business Represent Country management team in developing and implementing robust common country initiatives and projects Engage in external networking with Authorities , Associations, Agencies for Diesel engine emission compliance and regulations Ensure business compliance with local laws, clear dealer agreements, and government regulations Represent Global Industrial Sales Management and develop a commercial plan for India market Drive the Volvo Penta Brand image by marketing initiatives and actions Who are you The Successful Candidate Will Have Shown a Winning Attitude And Great Persona In Combination With a Good Track Record And Experience From Commercial Positions. Your Ability To Build Relationships, Inspire And Collaborate Will Be Instrumental In Driving Our Collective Success.
