- Responsible for Solution design, functional architecting especially when the Ivalua solution is being rolled-out for other business segments and major change requests implementation
- Responsible for Requirement gathering from business key users and formulate them into the functional design for Ivalua
- Configure, test, and support vendor management changes within Ivalua system
- Support UAT activities for evolutive / rollout activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Supplier registration, e-Catalogs, Sourcing, and contract management
- Assist in continuous improvement and root cause analysis for Ivalua-related issues in S2C and P2P areas
- Provide functional input and guidance to Ivalua technical / functional teams (sourcing, contract and supplier management.)
- Mentor the junior functional consultants in terms of helping / guiding them in complex issue resolution
- Collaborate with business and IT development stake holders in the requirements gathering / RCA identification / complex issue resolution
- Overall 6 to 8 years with Ivalua Platform Knowledge & Service Management Expertise with 5+ years
- Skills: Deep functional expertise and solution design of the Ivalua platform and its various modules, including Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Supplier Performance Management, and Procurement Analytics.
- Certifications: L3 certification in Ivalua S2C (preferred) or P2P
- 2. Change Management Strategy & Framework
- Skills: Expertise in developing and implementing change management strategies and frameworks that align with organizational goals. Proficient in communication, training, and stakeholder management to ensure successful adoption of Ivalua.
- 3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Skills: Ability to engage with stakeholders across various levels (executive, procurement teams, IT, etc.) to drive buy-in for Ivalua’s implementation and ongoing use.
- 4. Process Improvement & Business Readiness
- Skills: Strong understanding of business process reengineering (BPR) and how Ivalua fits within procurement and supply chain workflows to optimize and automate processes.
- 5. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Skills: Ability to track and measure the success of change management initiatives through data analytics. Proficiency in using tools to analyze user behavior, adoption rates, and areas for improvement.
