- Actively contact current and potential customers and attend to customers’ requests
- Conduct in-servicing and workshops on products
- Product promotion (all product segments) to hospitals and other related medical professionals. Maintain good relationships with key accounts and seek to continue leveraging of existing business relationship.
- Explore and expand business opportunities in assigned territory/hospitals. Conversion of competitor business to our products.
- Work with sales manager in the implementation of all sales and marketing strategies at the business, product and project level.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned by management.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Marketing or Paramedical discipline.
- A least 5 years’ sales experience in related industry.
- Previous experience in medical device sales
- Demonstrated sales abilities & a track record of successful selling to the medical profession
- Must be enterprising, diplomatic and proactive at solving problems
- Result oriented
- Inter-personal awareness and good communication skills
- Positive attitude / tenacity
- Ability to plan and organize workload to meet deadlines
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
