Overview:Position OverviewWe are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain the frontend and backend infrastructure of an AI-powered content co-authoring solution. Develop frontend UI using Next.js and Slate.js to support AI-assisted content generation and scoring.
Build and optimize backend APIs using FastAPI to process AI requests, retrieve past assets, and handle user interactions.
Set up and manage PostgreSQL / Snowflake for structured metadata storage.
Implement role-based access control (RBAC) for copywriters, strategists, and reviewers.
Ensure seamless communication between AI models (GPT-4o, LangChain) and content storage.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) for AI model deployment.
Collaborate with AI engineers to fine-tune AI-generated content workflows for pharma compliance.
Optimize API performance and caching for efficient real-time content generation.
Implement logging and monitoring solutions for tracking AI performance and regulatory audits.
Provide overall mentorship, coaching and on-demand trainings to improve and unify development style.

Qualifications:Required Skills

5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
Expertise in Next.js or Node.js, React, and TypeScript for frontend development.
Proficiency in Fast API or other strong backend APIs (.NET/Python framework/Java) Python, PHP, Node.js, or Flask for backend API development.
Experience in PostgreSQL, DevOps and CI/CD implementation is a plus
Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and secure API authentication protocols. (preferred)
Experience working with pharma, healthcare, or compliance-heavy industries. (preferred)
Experience with GenAI model integration is a nice-to-have, recognizing that this is an emerging skill in the market
