In addition to our strong Kolkata presence, we operate at a pan-India level, providing end-to-end real estate marketing and consultancy services to leading national developers and brands.Our focus remains on market-driven pricing, practical sales execution, and long-term client relationships, making us a trusted name among developers, investors, and end-users alike.Role Overview:We are looking for experienced and self-driven Senior Sales Officers for our Commercial & Retail division. The role involves property leasing and sales, client handling, negotiations, and closing transactions. This position is ideal for someone who understands the Kolkata market and can independently manage deals.Key Responsibilities:
Handle sales and leasing of commercial and retail properties (shops, showrooms, office spaces).Generate leads and manage direct clients, brokers, and developer references.Coordinate and conduct site visits with clients.Negotiate commercial terms, lease structures, and pricing.Liaise with developers, landlords, tenants, and investors.Maintain follow-ups till deal closure and documentation support.Keep track of market rates and upcoming commercial projects in Kolkata.Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Real Estate sales, preferably Commercial or Retail.Strong understanding of Kolkata locations such as Park Street, Camac Street, Salt Lake, New Town, EM Bypass, etc.Ability to independently handle clients and close transactions.Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.Result-oriented mindset with a strong closing ability.Local candidates preferred.Compensation & GrowthAttractive fixed salary + performance-based incentivesLong-term growth opportunity based on performanceDirect exposure to developers and large commercial dealsMale & female both candidates are preferred.
