RequirementsExperience: 5 to 25 years in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Proven leadership in project management, operations, or technical roles
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience with digital transformation and operational technology in energy environments is a plus
