Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey.The project:This is a complex, large scale, mission critical project working with an amazing client organisation and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.You’ll be responsible for:
  • Work collaboratively within the project team, ensuring clear communication and coordination across colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the analysis, rectification, and delivery of MEP design, applying engineering expertise and Mace management processes.
  • Support the coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and interfaces between packages, maintaining accountability for programme, health, safety, wellbeing, cost, and quality.
  • Assist in risk identification and mitigation planning, while promoting modern methods of construction, digital technologies, and prefabrication.
  • Uphold Mace standards and project strategies, driving continuous improvement in systems and processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to achieve net zero carbon transition goals, proactively managing emissions and reductions throughout project delivery.
You’ll need to have:
  • Degree qualification is essential with 10-15 years experience.
  • Advanced technical expertise across design, construction, planning and commercial management.
  • Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
  • Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
  • Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
