This will include being responsible for setting up and maintaining product page styles and SKU-level information within the PIM system. The role also involves working closely with merchandising and business teams to understand requirements, gather product data from multiple sources, and ensure its accurate and timely upload into the PIM and other relevant environment. This position requires a strong eye for detail, analytical thinking, and excellent coordination skills to manage information across multiple teams and systems.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Extract and validate product-related data from business systems to meet NetSuite (Oracle) requirements.
Identify whether, product SKU data is new or already available in the data system.
Prepare and manage import files to initiate the style and SKU creation process.
Collect information from multiple sources and ensure complete, accurate uploads into the data systems.
Maintain proper data hygiene and governance standards in the data environment.
Use Excel and other tools to organize, transform, and verify data prior to uploading.
Generate and share weekly update/reports with the department manager.
Participate in team meetings to plan new customer/product additions and align on timelines.
Support cross-functional collaboration with business teams, product owners, and product managers to clarify requirements.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

A bachelor’s degree in computer science/information technology or equivalent technical stream (Mechanical / Civil / etc.).
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (including VLOOKUP, data merging, and handling large datasets).
Exposure to Product lifecycle management (preferred).
Should be detail oriented and possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with PIM systems or similar product data management tools, which will be an added advantage.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical and functional problems with intuitive problem-solving techniques.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
Good communication skills, both written and spoken English.
Possess ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
