Designation: Key Account Manager / Senior Manager - Client Retention Skills Required: Good oral and written communication; Efficiency in MS Office; Candidate with arrear please excuse Educational Qualification: Preferably core Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Civil/ Metallurgy/Mining., etc.,) Job Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel) Salary & Benefits: Salary for the right candidate is not a constraint Job Responsibilities Preparing RFQs, proposals for placement / renewal of policies Responsible for managing & servicing accounts independently. Assist senior colleagues / team in large client's cases and complex deals. Identify key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determine the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client / prospect's issues and objective. Retain and expand existing client relationships and acquire new ones. Assisting clients in the event of a claim. Understand and comply with Professional Standards and guidelines of the organization. Maintain trackers, reports for client interaction, renewals etc., Ensure policies / endorsements are issued on time, scrutinized for any policy gaps, and updated in the software. Provide regular updates to clients. As well as any additional duties or tasks you were given Desired Candidate Profile Candidates with experience in the general insurance operations will be given preference. It is ideal that candidate have prior general insurance or broking firm expertise.
