With a strong presence in India-Pune, we're now expanding deeper into international markets, especially across Europe and the US.Role Overview:We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our international client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of onboarding clients in the digital marketing space across Europe and the USA, and will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.Key Responsibilities:- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities in the US and European markets.- Drive outreach through cold emails, LinkedIn, and strategic channels to decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Heads, Founders).- Develop and present tailored proposals and digital marketing solutions based on client requirements.- Lead initial client calls, pitches, and negotiations through to closure and onboarding.- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure seamless handover to internal teams.- Collaborate with the strategy, creative, and performance teams to scope services accurately.- Stay updated on global industry trends, competition, and market behavior.- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:- 4-6 years of experience in business development / client acquisition, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.- Proven experience in onboarding and managing clients across Europe and/or the US.- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, paid ads, social media, branding, websites, etc.).- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.- Confident, persuasive, and self-driven with strong negotiation skills.- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc. is a plus.Nice-to-Have:- Prior experience in working with remote or cross-cultural teams.- Exposure to global digital marketing trends and platforms.- Basic understanding of contracts and pricing models in the service industry.What We Offer:- Competitive salary + performance-based incentives- Opportunity to work with global brands- Creative and collaborative team environment- Learning & growth opportunitiesTo Apply:Send your CV and a short pitch about why you're a good fit Industry : Advertising ServicesEmployment TypeFull-time (ref:updazz.com)
