If you’re looking for a challenge and meaningful role, you’re in the right place.About you and this roleWe are looking for a Total Rewards Specialist, within HR Solutions (HRS), to be based in Mumbai, India. The HRS organization is responsible for the design and delivery of innovative solutions to all employees and leaders. HRS roles contain deep subject-matter expertise to consult on programs, processes and people. The top priority of HRS is to deliver the best Employee Experience through exceptional delivery of a portfolio of solutions. We are currently building an additional HRS center in Mumbai, India, as an addition to already existing HRS centers (4) in the world.As a Total Rewards Specialist you enable a best-in-class employee experience through exceptional service delivery and subject matter consultation for their areas of focus. This includes the management, implementation, and delivery of innovative solutions specific to Total Rewards.Furthermore, as a Total Rewards Specialist you will require knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures as well as having general business knowledge developed through education or prior experience related to your discipline and functional area. You will need to have the ability to exchange straightforward information with others and ask questions to check for understanding.It is your responsibility to use established procedures and practice to analyze and resolve problems. You will be accountable for assigned contributions with no direct supervisory responsibilities. You will need to use established procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.Responsibilities – Duties, projects, tasks, and activities you would be responsible for in this role
  • Supports the implementation and delivery of end-to-end solutions in Total Rewards to deliver a best in class employee experience
  • Supports program development related to their area(s) of expertise to improve the employee experience, balanced with function-specific needs and drivers
  • Engages with third party providers to establish, develop and review the suite of services in Total Rewards
  • Addresses escalated HR inquiries and reviewer/approver of transactions, as applicable, with support from more senior team members
  • Provides information and insights to Team Leaders to continuously improve Knowledge Base and Case Management content for Total Rewards

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related area.
  • 4+ years of Compensation and Benefits experience, or HR / Finance related experience.
  • Ability to effectively work through other people and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency in a highly dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Power Apps

Additional Notes
  • There is no relocation support for this role.
  • To be eligible for this position you need to live within 1 hour commuting distance from our Airoli office (Mumbai).
