- Supports the implementation and delivery of end-to-end solutions in Total Rewards to deliver a best in class employee experience
- Supports program development related to their area(s) of expertise to improve the employee experience, balanced with function-specific needs and drivers
- Engages with third party providers to establish, develop and review the suite of services in Total Rewards
- Addresses escalated HR inquiries and reviewer/approver of transactions, as applicable, with support from more senior team members
- Provides information and insights to Team Leaders to continuously improve Knowledge Base and Case Management content for Total Rewards
- Bachelor or Master Degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related area.
- 4+ years of Compensation and Benefits experience, or HR / Finance related experience.
- Ability to effectively work through other people and be collaborative, cross-functional and diplomatic.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency in a highly dynamic environment
- Fluency in English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Power Apps
- Excellent planning & organization skills
- Strong analytical, innovative and problem solving skills
- Works independently, is self-motivated and accountable
- There is no relocation support for this role.
- To be eligible for this position you need to live within 1 hour commuting distance from our Airoli office (Mumbai).
