ATL/Store Manager

- Supervise and train pharmacy retail store team members to ensure that they
company policies and procedures
- Monitor the inventory levels of medications, medical equipment, and other
stock
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and attractive to customers; and that
- Manage the cash register and oversee financial transactions, including
each shift
- Provide exceptional customer service, including answering customer questions,
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to
- Work with the pharmacist and other healthcare professionals to ensure that all
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and services, and
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Retail pharmacy
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers in a
- Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
