These project plans are created based on the entire scope to be executed in a home, including LS scope of work, clients scope of work or any third party vendors.A Project planner shall be able to :
  • Create detailed schedule and track project progress wrt to the baseline.
  • Should also be able to update schedule based on the change in scope in between of the project.
  • Should be able to do delay analysis of the projects.
Job Requirement
  • PG in constructions management are preferred
  • Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • Experience from PMC background
  • Should be clear with Project Management & Project Scheduling fundamentals.
  • Should have hands-on experience of creating & tracking schedules on MS Projects or by using advance excel/google sheet formulas
  • Should be able to read and plan work from the schedule.
