- Real-time collaboration with project managers and integrators.
- Design engaging, modern, and intuitive websites for small businesses across various industries,
- Work in Figma to create wireframes, mockups, components, and prototypes,
- Use layout principles, color theory, and typography to ensure every site is visually consistent and brand-aligned,
- Translate business needs into functional layouts that make sense to real users,
- Hit high-volume targets (~100 designs/month) without compromising quality,
- Apply your knowledge of the U.S. digital market to keep designs locally relevant,
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, adapting quickly to feedback and changes.
- Have 3+ years of hands-on web design experience,
- Know Figma like the back of your hand—including Auto Layout, components, and prototyping,
- Can showcase a portfolio of 20–25 clean, high-conversion websites,
- Have solid knowledge of U.S. design trends and business website expectations,
- Understand the nuances of responsive, mobile-first design,
- Can explain your design decisions and adapt to constructive critique,
- Manage time well in a high-output environment without compromising detail.
