Job Description :- Responsible for all instrument and control system equipment regular maintenance and repairing, such as all field instrumentation, valves, flow meter, transmitter, control circuit, monitoring,DCS, PLC etc.A turbine DCS operator may perform the following duties:

Design, install, maintain, and troubleshoot the DCS
Maintain and repair instrument and control system equipment
Record and indicate instruments
Take readings from charts, meters, and gauges at established intervals

Monitor and inspect power plant equipment and indicators to detectevidence of operating problems.Make adjustments or minor repairs, such as tightening leaking gland andpipe joints; report any needs for major repairs.Open and close valves and switches in sequence upon signals from otherworkers, in order to start or shut down auxiliary units.Operate or control power of turbines using control boards or semi-automatic equipment.Regulate equipment operations and conditions based on data fromrecording and indicating instruments or from computers.Take readings from charts, meters and gauges at established intervals,and take corrective steps as necessary.Clean, lubricate, and maintain equipment such as turbines and pumps inorder to prevent equipment failure or deterioration.Communicate with systems operators to regulate and coordinatetransmission loads and frequencies, and line voltages.Inspect records and log book entries, and communicate with other plantpersonnel, in order to assess equipment operating status.Record and compile operational data, completing and maintaining forms,logs, and reports.JOB APPLYCONTACT - RAKESH SINHA - 9039007336
