Taking this one step further, Bharat Khata seamlessly enables a single-point-access to a suite of financial services, ensuring instant fulfilment of the user's needs.Starting with credit to build users’ digital footprints, Jai Kisan's roadmap includes digitizing the savings, insurance, and payment experience for its users, making it the only consumer-experience obsessed rural financial services brand.Requirements

Collect, clean, and preprocess datasets from multiple sources.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
Contribute to the development and deployment of predictive models and algorithms.
Build and maintain data pipelines for automated data processing and analysis
Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest developments in data science and technology to continuously improve analytical capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Database knowledge - MongoDB, Postgres etc.
Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Looker Studio or Tableau.
Proven 1-2 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
Experience with predictive modeling using ML.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
Strong analytical and problem - solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
