This role is ideal for professionals who have worked in high-performance marketing environments such as performance marketing agencies, real estate marketing firms, or B2C go-to-market (GTM) agencies.You will be responsible for managing end-to-end client relationships, overseeing campaign execution (voice-based lead generation or paid media), and ensuring revenue goals are consistently met. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, ROI-focused, and able to translate client goals into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- 1–4 years of experience in account management, campaign management, client delivery, or a related field
- Prior experience in a performance marketing agency, real estate marketing firm, or B2C GTM agency preferred
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and ROI tracking
- Exposure to outbound voice campaigns, paid digital media, or lead generation operations
- Background in customer success, engagement management, or business analytics is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in reporting and campaign analytics
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment
