This is a hands-on builder role for engineers who enjoy solving complex challenges with Python, AI, and automationWhat you will doDesign AI-driven test automation frameworks for mobile applications using local LLMs / RAG systems.Build intelligent test systems for dynamic scenario generation, UI validation, and defect detection.Develop screenshot analysis solutions using Computer Vision (OpenCV) and OCR.Create Python-based Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) frameworks for testing apps connected to medical hardware via USB, Bluetooth, or Serial.Deploy scalable on-premise AI infrastructure with Docker and CI/CD (Jenkins / GitLab CI).Continuously improve models and automation using test results and failure insights.What you bringExperience4+ years of software development experience with strong Python skills.Hands-on experience in AI/ML using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, or similar.Experience with OpenCV / OCR for image-based validation.Strong automation framework experience; exposure to Appium limitations is a plus.Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and deploying AI models.Nice to HaveLocal LLMs (Ollama, Llama.cpp), LangChain, LlamaIndex, or RAG systems.HIL / SIL testing experience.Android or iOS testing knowledge.Personal competenciesStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Curious and innovative mindset with passion for emerging technologies and AI.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Who we areAt WSA, we provide innovative hearing aids and hearing health services.Together with our 12,000 colleagues in 130 countries, we invite you to help unlock human potential by bringing back hearing for millions of people around the world.With us, you will become part of a truly global company where we care for one another, welcome diversity and celebrate our successes.Sounds wonderful?
