- Configure and customize Guidewire Cloud applications and environments, including use of Console, S3 Buckets, Secrets, and Helios.
- Develop and maintain integration solutions using Guidewire on-prem patterns such as messaging, SOAP/REST services, file imports/exports, and batch processes.
- Support and execute cloud upgrade initiatives, ensuring alignment with best practices and end-to-end delivery standards.
- Analyze and resolve optimization backlog items and contribute to ongoing system performance improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and successful implementation of Personal or Commercial Lines insurance products.
- BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 3 to 7 years.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Guidewire Cloud Configuration
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Guidewire On-Prem Integration Patterns, which includes:
- Messaging
- SOAP/REST Services
- File Imports/Exports
- Batch Processing
- Comprehension of the end-to-end cloud upgrade process.
- Experience or basic understanding of the Guidewire Cloud environment (Console/S3 Bucket/Secrets/Helios, etc.) configuration
- Familiarity with optimization backlog items and their resolutions.
- Knowledge of the Guidewire support process and its limitations.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in either Personal Lines products like Personal Auto, Property, Homeowners, Personal Umbrella, etc. OR Commercial Lines products like Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, Workers Compensation, Farm, Commercial Umbrella, Farm Umbrella, Business Owners, etc.
- Real-time knowledge and experience on enterprise system integration.
- Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
- Excellent business communication skills
- Prior client-facing experience
