General Manager (Assistant Vice President - Finance) Roles & Responsibilities: Manage the Finance function and team, including Accounting, Billing, Risk management, Tax planning and management, Budgeting and budget compliance, Banking and bank relationships, financial planning and cash flow. Evaluate and enhance internal processes and policies to improve efficiency and accuracy, based on the best practices. Responsible for accurate and timely preparation of reports and financial statements in line with company expectations. Analyse the company's liabilities and investments to evaluate risks and propose solutions for mitigation, and handle company liability policy claims Build and manage the relationships with international parent and holding companies, India team management, department heads and other stakeholders. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, laws and company policies. Advice on long term business and financial planning and contribute to overall growth strategy of the company. Job Requirements: Excellent knowledge of financial processes. Strategic thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills, and fluency in English. Prior experience working with US and French companies preferred.
