- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the initial screening of resumes.
- Collaborate with HR managers to address employee concerns and facilitate communication between management and staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations by staying informed about changes in legislation and updating HR policies accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports, such as headcount, turnover, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Luxury.
