Additionally, in 2024 we were awarded the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award, which recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world.Roles & Responsibilities, Abilities & Skills:Interprets Test Plans and Reliability Project Orders with minimal direction from Test EngineersPerforms product tests efficiently, strictly adhering to established Test Methods, according to RPO, test plan, and project scheduleFormally and comprehensively reports results and stores reports for future referenceEvaluates compliance of products to industry standards and regulatory requirements via product testingOwnership of assigned Lab Machinery & Instruments completelyTakes proactive approach to safety, assuring procedures and behaviors are safe both for self and for others in the labPromotes increased lab productivity by performing preventive maintenance of all lab machines to prevent any breakdown of equipment, inventory planning for lab tools & consumables, timely calibration of all lab instruments.
