  • Education: Preferably BE - Food Tech./ BE - mechanical / BE Production / MBA Production/ M.sc /B.Sc.
  • Age: 28 to 35 Years

  • Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Achieve Production targets, at minimum costs and ensuring 100% Food Safety and Quality.
  • To streamline processes so that optimum capacity utilization can be done. Monitor and improve systems, for optimum utilization of the supervisors, operators and workers.
  • Monitor and improve systems for reduction of all types of wastages. Plan cost cuttings at operations level.
  • Understand operations of all machines
  • Constantly train operators to run machines effectively.
  • Review preventive maintenance plans and ensure that the same are followed effectively.
