The Plant Finance Controller will be responsible for managing day-to-day finance activities at the plant
level. The role includes supporting factory closing, cost monitoring, reporting, budgeting support, and
coordination with plant operations to ensure accurate financial data and cost control. The person will
work closely with production, purchase, and plant teams to ensure timely and accurate financial
reporting.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly Plant P&L, cost reports, and variance analysis.
Support factory monthly closing process and ensure proper accounting of expenses and
provisions.
Monitor production cost, material consumption, and COGM reporting.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Plant teams for cost validation and provision
entries.
Assist in preparation of monthly Balance Sheet schedules related to plant operations.
Support budgeting and cost estimation for plant operations.
Track cost-saving initiatives and prepare basic reports on savings achieved.
Assist during internal and statutory audits by providing required plant-level data.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable related to plant transactions.
Support inventory reconciliation and stock verification process.
Participate in plant review meetings and provide financial inputs.
