Position: Accounts Manager Location: Ernakulam Experience: Minimum 4 years in accounting, including 2 years as an accounts manager Roles & Responsibilities: Supervise all financial operations, encompassing accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial statements such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Optimize cash flow and manage banking activities to ensure optimal cash balances. Conduct daily bank reconciliations and generate client account statements. Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies. Collaborate with internal auditors and address audit findings promptly. Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff for efficient task completion. Liaise with tax consultants for strategic tax planning, compliance, and filing. Minimum four years of experience, including team management of at least two members. Qualifications/Skills/Requirements: Preferred educational background in commerce. Proficient in advanced Excel with expertise in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, and Zoho Books. Ability to generate comprehensive financial reports. Strong communication skills with fluency in English. Immediate availability preferred within 2 to 4 days. Candidates based in Ernakulam highly preferred.
